These terms (“Terms”) are effective from November 2020 and may at any time be modified by Writing Studio Ltd without any notice to visitors or users of this website.
Users should visit this page to stay up to date with any changes made to our terms. Our terms of use also incorporate our privacy policy and our ‘writers service agreement’ that are made available to all users of this website.
By using this website as a “User” and/or our writing services as a “Buyer” (see definitions below), you agree to the terms of use as stated below. It is your right to discontinue using this website if you do not agree with any of the terms.
Throughout this document the following terms will be used:
Writing Studio Ltd provides this website to allow individuals and organizations (“Buyers”) the ability to purchase professional writing services.
For ‘buyers’ this website may be used to order writing services, make project requests (including edits and revisions), and pay for the writing services that they purchase.
For ‘writers’ this website may be used to accept writing projects, submit completed projects, and request and receive payment for carrying out projects.
When a buyer purchases our writing services, we will make every effort possible to match their project to the best writer possible. We ensure that the writer we assign the project to has the relevant qualifications, background, experience, style, and skills to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
At all times during the project being carried out, buyers can contact Writing Studio Ltd to discuss the project with us.
At Writing Studio, we integrate AI tools to support our human writers and editors, not replace them. Our commitment to quality remains unchanged, with human expertise driving our content creation. We use AI for research, brainstorming, and editing assistance. This integration aims to enhance content quality while maintaining our high standards and service integrity.

All writing services purchased shall be completed within 7 business days after payment is confirmed. For example, if the buyer makes a payment on a Monday at 5 pm, then the project will be completed by the following Wednesday by 5 pm (which is 7 business days).
From time to time this 7 business day turnaround time may need to be extended or reduced – this will be agreed by both parties on a case by case basis.
In some cases, delivery times may differ based on the needs of the client and the specific project (i.e the quantity and complexity of it). For instance, in the case of larger content demands, content may be delivered on a monthly basis or as requested by the client.
Writing Studio Ltd allows buyers to request two edits and changes to be made to their writing projects. These changes are for minor tweaks and don’t cover re-writes or specifications that weren’t originally requested. These changes must be requested within 7 business days of receiving the completed project from us.
If no requests are made within this time, then the project will be deemed complete. If requests for revisions are made after the 7 business day period, Writing Studio Ltd may opt to complete the revision requests for a custom rate per word.
After a project is paid for and accepted as complete the buyer will then be assigned full ownership of the content. This includes all rights, title, and interest worldwide of the intellectual property to the content.
When a purchase is made through the site the buyer agrees that Writing Studio Ltd shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages that arise from any completed writing services. In other words, Writing Studio Ltd is not liable for any problems or issues that result from the publishing of the content that we write for you.
When Writing Studio Ltd writes content for buyers that don’t request bylines, it is “ghostwritten,” meaning the buyer can use whichever name they wish (author, company, etc.) alongside the published content assets.
While content is ghostwritten, Writing Studio Ltd will occasionally share writing samples with potential buyers to help facilitate sales. If you do not wish us to share writing samples or mention that Writing Studio Ltd has worked with your company in negotiations or on our website, you agree to let us know and make an official request.
Writing Studio Ltd provides a secure online payment service (“Payment Service”) for buyers to make payments for our Writing Services.
Writing Studio Ltd lists our prices on our site and provides each buyer with a full and final quote before a buyer makes their purchase. These prices can be changed at the sole discretion of Writing Studio Ltd – but buyers will be able to see any changes and decide whether to use our services or not.
When a buyer makes a payment for writing services through our payment service that payment is deemed to be final once it has been authorized. Payments may be made by credit card or bank transfer. All payments are upfront. If a change to an order is made after payment (e.g. fewer words total requested), then the difference in words are accessible as part of the subsequent order(s). Any unused word credits will expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
In some cases, we are more flexible with payments for regular clients and will start a project before an invoice is paid; however, we reserve the right to charge the payment method on file if the invoice sent has passed the due date without payment.
We do not officially offer refunds, but we may authorize a refund in exceptional circumstances. You agree that this is entirely up to Writing Studio Ltd’s discretion.
Writing Studio Ltd reserves the right to seek reimbursement from you, and you will reimburse Writing Studio Ltd if Writing Studio Ltd discovers erroneous or duplicate transactions, or Writing Studio Ltd receives a chargeback from any buyer’s credit card company or bank for any reason.
By purchasing our services, you agree that Writing Studio Ltd has the right to seek reimbursements by charging the payment method that you used to make your initial payment. If the reimbursements are not repaid then this will invalidate our wiring services agreement.
All services are charged in U.S Dollars. Writing Studio Ltd is not liable for any currency fluctuations that may arise if payment is made by a buyer using a different currency. When payment is made to Writing Studio Ltd, your bank may take up to eight days to clear the payment, which can sometimes include a hold on additional funds to ensure the payment can be covered. Writing Studio Ltd is not responsible for any such actions taken by your bank or credit card company.
If Writing Studio Ltd suspects any fraud or that a chargeback may be requested by a buyer, we reserve the right to place a hold on funds to ensure that the payment clears. Any such request is at the sole discretion of Writing Studio Ltd.
When you purchase our writing services then you agree to make payments for them. If payment is not made for any reason, then you agree to immediately make the payment once you receive a request from Writing Studio Ltd for it.
If late payment results in any legal costs, interest charges, or other costs then you agree to pay these costs on top of the original amount. Late payments may also result in Writing Studio Ltd notifying credit reporting agencies, financial institutions, tax agencies, and law enforcement authorities.
Buyers agree that when they use Writing Studio Ltd to purchase our writing services that the writing services agreement is between you the buyer and Writing Studio Ltd. You agree not to contact the writer directly to circumvent this agreement or arrange payment between you and the writer directly. Writers also agree not to directly contact clients and/or provide work to them without explicit permission, doing so will result in permanent termination.
Services provided by Writing Studio Ltd are restricted to persons over the age of 16 or organizations controlled by people over the age of 16. Any breach of this policy will result in our writing services agreement being voided.
By using this site and our services you agree to be responsible for any creation, storage, or backing up of data that is created by your use of the site or our services.
Writing Studio Ltd takes your data security seriously and has implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information and data from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
Writing Studio Ltd makes no guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. By using this site you acknowledge that you provide your personal and business information at your own risk.
Writing Studio Ltd may terminate your use of this site or from using our services at any time and for any reason without notice for conduct violating these Terms.
If such a termination occurs, you agree to destroy all content obtained from this site and all copies thereof. Even after termination of your use of the site the rest of the terms outlined in this document will still be valid and enforceable.
